To reach EVERY CHILD in EVERY SCHOOL by having a presence on EVERY CAMPUS.
To achieve this, we need to double our volunteer base. We are committed to the cause, but without increased financial support, we can’t overcome this challenge alone.

Q: Why do you need to add $100,000 per year to your budget?
A: Over half of the additional donations will be used for salary, benefits and employer costs associated with having an additional employee on staff. There is additional expenses associated with the travel necessary to cover 3,400 square miles, developing relationships with 50 new schools, and dozens of new churches to recruit volunteers. Training materials and supplies need to be purchased for hundreds of new volunteers and additional students.
Q: I would like to help this ministry, but I do not have the resources to make this level of donations. Can I still donate to the cause?
A: Our ministry could not function without regular donations of all sizes. Many donors contribute less than $100 a month and each gift makes a huge difference. Our annual fundraising events have helped shore up our bottom line and have kept us from having to reduce our ministry efforts. Donations of any amount are much needed and very appreciated. Our network of approximately 200 volunteers serving throughout San Luis Obispo County has grown over the past 70+ years. A significant portion of our donations come from these volunteers and the congregations where they worship.
Q: Why are you doing this now?
A: Northern Santa Barbara County has been added to our chapter’s ministry area. We must take this bold step of faith to minister to the unreached children in this new area. The opportunity to reach so many new students is tremendous. We cover a large geographical area, and the addition of an Assistant Director would go a long way in allowing us to take full advantage of the opportunity that is before us. God is giving us an unprecedented opening to share the Gospel after school on local elementary school campuses. We must make the most of what He has put before us.
